Colour Alchemy Audios

Before I move on to my next project, I wanted to share how they came about, so that you can join this journey.

I started writing the colour alchemy meditations in 2023. I received a clear message at the time- ''start a group, people need to come together. Just sit and it’ll come to you. Make sure you write it down, you’ll need it later on.'' So I created some posters, set some dates, sat and tuned in and wrote and created. And wrote. And created! By the way, every poster and social media image I produce is based on my own work. No AI or image library for me! Being truly original is a foundation of my creativity- and my own self-expression.

Each meditation was about 30 minutes long. It came together as a story, a guided journey which wove colour, spirit guides and crystals into an energy activation. I call them word paintings because that is exactly what they are. There was always an affirmation message at the end of each one. Writing the meditations triggered my own creativity even deeper. As part of the process, I created a handmade crystal grid based on sacred geometry and the traditional symbol for each chakra. At the end of each session, we set intentions using crystals and the grids.

The next message was to continue, this time utilising the meditiations to spark others’ creativity- and so my group 'Art of Healing' sessions were born. These are a guided meditation, followed by a creative activity. I hope to offer more of these in the near future.

I was directed to find ways of sharing the messages further - by putting the colour meditations into print. So, that's what I did! The basis of the book is for individuals to use it as a workbook for their own healing and group leaders to use the scripts as templates for sessions. The book was a great learning process, it continues to work on me even now.

Whilst I was finalising it, I was guided once again that this was only the start and that I had to make the activations available to an even wider audience. So, I set about recording the stories and creating moving visuals for them. I am blessed to have had the assistance of my amazing partner who helped to weave these word paintings to music. Thank you @Alchemystic_Official, what a team we are! ( I reciprocate as in-house creator and designer for all his own albums and track covers!)

So here I am. Authoring books. (Yes there is another one coming soon!) Recording audios. Following the force, stepping into the wave, and doing it anyway. Why? Because it feels right. Because I have something important to share. Because it is genuine. Because I can assist you by doing it. Because it's important to rise to the challenge, glide into the unknown, shed the egoic discomfort, be truly you and give what you can from the heart.
