I see beyond the illusion of obstacles!

I have finally managed to begin bringing us together again for some small guided creative meditation sessions. It's been quite some time since we ran groups in person, but so many of you have asked for this so many times over the course of this past year or so, and felt strongly that it was really was important to initiate something, so here you go!.

Each group session will focus on a different colour along with the related tools to help clear, strengthen and amplify your own energy in relation to it- through a guided meditation and the creation of an intention grid. This powerful method will rapidly introduce you to a different interpretation of life! I am really enjoying creating the sessions and hope that lots of you will come along to learn for yourselves how transformational and uplifting they can be!

Groups have limited spaces available and run fortnightly on Fridays from 5.30-7.00pm at Silver Topaz 1C Queen Street Brightlingsea, CO7 0DD.
