More about my book

Earlier this year I published my first book. This was the end result of a long journey combining the expression of my creativity with my methods for meditation through guided visualisation.

Whilst it’s the first book I have produced (and it is entirely self produced) I have - and always will- be a writer. Much of my third sector career involved writing- websites, articles, health information literature, project plans, reports, expressing the crucial nature of charities' work in bids for funding and harnessing clients' voice, needs and testimonials.

Using the written word to invoke energy, express feeling and call to action is not something everyone can do. I have spent most of my life listening, observing, looking for truth and harnessing my creativity to communicate it as accurately and powerfully as I am capable. Writing is something I do really well.

I have developed the method I use with clients over many years now. It goes far beyond being a Reiki Master or Teacher, or someone who has studied many holistic therapies. *Colour Alchemy* utilises many principles- colour therapy, energy healing, reiki with crystals and deeply intuitive reading. You can’t receive this from someone else as it is only communicated through me!

I wrote 'Colour Alchemy- The Art of Healing' to introduce the way I work and share what I have to give as widely as possible. My book is written as a series of stories, each one focussed on a specific colour energy, along with its associated chakra, crystal, spirit guide and message.

If you are a mindfulness group leader, you are welcome to use the chapters of the book as a basis for your sessions. They can be read almost directly from the book and will take approximately 25 minutes. I would be delighted for them to be used in this way to extend their reach. If you do use them, I simply ask you to reference me, as I don't consent to the diversion of my energy.

If you are an individual using them for self development, I encourage you to contact me to access recordings of each session to compliment your work and for additional guidance. You will likely benefit from individual coaching with me too, and I am very happy to talk through how I we can harness the magic of colour therapy and energy healing to reconnect you with your own creative spark.
