Trust begins with us

Our latest meditation session focussed on the sacral chakra and connecting with the magical power of our inner child for creative expression.

Inspired by one of my latest artworks 'The Magical Child' (available for sale in our Brightlingsea shop) this session uses sound, aromatherapy, crystals, colour and drawn therapy, alongside activation to reignite your creative fire.

Often, as we go through our life's experience we become detached from those simple things which brought us joy and inspired us creatively when we were young.

In these sessions, your experience of the energy of orange is gradually amplified through colour therapy layering methods, before i take you on a guided visualisation process using word and sound painting. You then have the opportunity to create your own drawing which can be continued at home and in further sessions as well as contributing to a shared crystal intention grid.

If you're a creative person who is feeling a little lost or detached right now, this session might be just what you need! I plan to run more of these as group sessions next year but they are very powerful on a one to one basis- which you can book at a time of your choosing if youd prefer a private session.
